Frequently asked questions
How do I reset my password?
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Pay by EFT and email proof of payment to support@alphatower.co.za. Use your DES Studio account email address as the payment reference. Basic, Pro, and Max can be activated after confirmation.
What are the EFT banking details?

Can I try DES Studio before paying?
A 24-hour Pro trial is available by admin approval only. Contact support with your account email address if you need an evaluation window.
Is learner data safe?
Yes. Your workspace is private and no one else can access your data. See our privacy notice for full details.
Can I export all my data?
Yes. Marks, analysis reports, intervention plans, and evidence packs can all be exported from the Exports section.
How do I delete my account?
Email privacy@alphatower.co.za with your account email address and we will process the deletion within 5 business days.
